Caitlyn Hurle

Background

Caitlyn completed her Law Degree (LLB) at the University of Nottingham in 2024 and has since worked full time in our Business Immigration team as a paralegal.

Caitlyn joined team OTB in April 2022 assisting the Operations team gaining invaluable work experience. Caitlyn then joined the Business Immigration Team in February 2023 as the Business Immigration Paralegal, marking the beginning of her legal career.

Areas of Expertise

Caitlyn mainly works on skilled worker applications, drafting the application forms and gathering the necessary documents. Caitlyn also works closely with Sam, our Global Talent expert, in collating and drafting the applications.

Caitlyn also has a good understanding of the Sponsor Management System assisting our corporate clients with queries they may have.

Caitlyn’s particular area of interest is conducting mock Home Office audits. Assisting the Solicitors in the team, Caitlyn has attended multiple mock Home Office audits whereby the team investigate the Sponsors record keeping and subsequent compliance with their Sponsor Licence duties. Caitlyn has also delivered training on sponsor record keeping and licence duties.
