Diversity is important to OTB Legal. To demonstrate our commitment to our staff, our clients and those we work with, we feel that it is crucial that we display transparency by publishing our diversity data.
The graphs below show how are teams are made up over 13 wide-ranging areas. All data is shown as a percentage of our total workforce in July 2023 and excludes any responses where the person did not wish to provide a response on any given section.
