-Demonstrating an ability to follow and implement procedures contained within an office manual including HR procedures

Tasks and responsibilities:
-Preparing representations and undertaking research on more complex matters

-Managing a complex case load with responsibility for matters from start to finish

-Contributing to the teams overall billing target

-Dealing effectively with new business enquiries and maximising conversion rates

-General administrative tasks in relation to individual file management

-Progress new business enquiries towards successful client instructions

-Liaising with clients to request documents

-Bundling documents together in support of applications

-Managing the team to make sure that they meet their overall billing target

-Undertaking file reviews and giving detailed feedback to the staff they supervise

-Work on training plans and training records with people they supervise

-Providing leadership to the team

-Promoting our corporate values

-Ensuring that the team convert a high level of new client enquiries into paying clients

-Ensuring that the team get excellent client feedback

-Taking proactive steps to ensure staff are happy and satisfied in their team and the staff turnover remains low

-Promoting a culture of compliance and excellence within the team

-Providing training for staff throughout the organisation

-Heading up a team

1. Individually contributing towards a team billing target

3. Identify New Client Streams – Leading the team efforts to bringing new clients  in to the business
4. New Client Conversions – individually converting enquiries effectively and successfully to stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3

6. Blogs – Writing high quality blogs on a consistent basis.

7. File Reviews – Maintaining good quality files both legally and procedurally
