Amrit Singh

Background

Amrit completed his LLB at University of Birmingham. Following his graduation, Amrit worked with a Immigration specialist law firm where he worked on private client applications to the Home Office, including appeals at the First-Tier Tribunal. Amrit has also volunteered with PRCBC (a charitable organisation that represents disadvantaged children in their applications for registration as British nationals), where he provided direct advice and support to clients on their respective applications.

Amrit holds the Level 2 Asylum and Immigration Accreditation having represented asylum seekers, including unaccompanied minors, victims of trafficking, victims of domestic violence and victims of torture. Amrit has also successfully represented clients in their protection appeals in the First-Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tier-Tribunal. Amrit joins OTB as a newly qualified Solicitor.
