These annual awards have been designed to recognise national excellence in the legal profession and we are pleased to announce that we have taken the top spot in the Client Strategy and Engagement category.
We are really honoured to receive this award, not only because the competition was very tough - we were up against a company that has been going for almost 300 years - but also because it highlights our commitment to client care and passion to make things easier for you.
Our aim has always been to turn complex immigration laws into simple solutions.
This award win is in recognition of just that; it is for the successful launch of our website, which we are very proud to have built in-house. We worked hard to ensure that it was user-friendly and informative, providing free resources and guides for our clients, written by us.
Judges praised our website for how it uses an online questionnaire to match potential clients with a service that meets their needs, followed by an overview of the different application stages and pricing for pursuing each route. This makes it really clear to our clients about what is required from them, how we can help and what to expect at each of these stages.
Using our website, clients can also set up a free initial meeting with their lawyer of choice either in person, on the telephone or via video conference. They have live access to our calendars, and we offer extending appointment times, so they can find a time which suits them.
We set up OTB Legal in April 2019 and feel honoured to have been recognised for the work we have put into the business so far. We had a great night getting to know the other finalists over dinner and listening to the inspiring speakers at the Legal Practice Management Awards event.
It really has been a fantastic ten months and we want to say thank you to all our customers who have ranked us in the top ten of over 2000 UK solicitors on Review Solicitor.
We we were recently announced as the Immigration Legal Start Up of the Year in the Innovation and Excellence Awards 2020, run by Corporate Livewire and have been shortlisted in the East Midlands Business Masters Awards in three categories, Innovation, Newcomer and Professional Services. What a first year – and there is still so much more to come!
