Background

Kate has specialised in UK immigration law for a number of years, first qualifying as a solicitor in April 2009.

Through the course of her career Kate has accumulated extensive experience advising on the broad range of applications covered by the UK Immigration Rules, including the Points Based System. Kate’s key area of expertise is business immigration, and she has advised some of the world's largest companies across business sectors including financial, technology, oil & gas, media, manufacturing and retail. Kate supports clients with Skilled Worker applications and sponsorship compliance-related issues and the prevention of illegal working, including successfully challenging civil penalty notices and sponsor licence suspensions. Kate also has extensive private client experience, including assisting HNW and ultra-HNW individuals and has a particular interest in assisting start-ups and family businesses establish themselves in the UK.
