Rachel Whickman

Background

Rachel completed her master’s degree in Global Citizenship, Identities and Human Rights at the University of Nottingham. Following this, Rachel began her legal career in 2018 and was a Senior Caseworker in a specialist immigration law firm. In her previous position Rachel also worked in close partnership with Here for Good, a charity dealing in post-Brexit immigration matters.

Prior to the start of her legal career, Rachel worked as an Executive Officer in the Home Office and Migrant Help, a national charity.

Areas of Expertise

Rachel has experience in all areas of family immigration and specialises in applications to the EU Settlement Scheme.
