Tom Davies

Background

Tom completed his history degree at Leeds Trinity University. After travelling and working abroad, Tom worked in the asylum team, and later the accounts team as Senior Accounts and Billing Administrator, of a Nottingham based immigration law firm.

Areas of Expertise

Tom is responsible for risk, HR, performance, accounts and information management at OTB Legal. Managing the finances of the business with cash flow forecasts and budgets etc. Tom is heavily involved with recruitment. He also manages the team through accreditations such as Cyber Essentials Plus and Lexcel and ensures compliance throughout.
