Andrew graduated in European Studies and German at the University of Manchester, then travelled to the Czech Republic and Japan to teach English for two years. Upon returning to the UK, he moved to London to work at two universities. Andrew undertook the law conversion courses whilst simultaneously working as a paralegal in human rights and housing law at private firms in London. After completing his training contract and qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, he worked as a child protection solicitor at two local authorities for a total of just under 10 years. He has finally realised his ambition of converting to immigration law, arriving at OTB Legal in June 2021.

Andrew is building his expertise in personal immigration law, covering all aspects of family and private life applications, plus the EU Settlement Scheme. He is uniquely placed to advise on matters of crossover with public children law in England and Wales.
