Caitlyn Hurle

Background

Caitlyn joined team OTB in April 2022 assisting the Operations team in an admin role. Caitlyn then joined the Business Immigration Team in February 2023 as the Business Immigration Paralegal, marking the beginning of her legal career.

Caitlyn mainly assists on the majority of skilled worker applications, drafting the application forms and gathering the necessary documents. Caitlyn has recent received extensive training for the Global Talent route, being the first assessor of evidence provided by clients. Caitlyn works closely with Sam, our Global Talent expert, in collating and drafting the applications. Caitlyn also has a good understanding of the SMS system, regularly reviewing files to ensure no changes to skilled workers employment needs to be reported.
 

Caitlyn’s particular area of interest is conducting mock Home Office audits. Assisting the Solicitors in the team, Caitlyn has attended multiple mock Home Office audits whereby the team investigate the Sponsors record keeping and subsequent compliance with their Sponsor Licence duties. Caitlyn has also delivered training on sponsor record keeping and licence duties.
 

Caitlyn works part time, flexible hours at OTB Legal because she is currently in the final stages of completing her law degree (LLB) at the University of Nottingham.

Caitlyn specialises in business immigration matters. Particularly the skilled worker route, global talent endorsement and the sponsor licence system maintenance.
