Samuel Gardner

Background

Samuel has worked in the legal profession since 2017. Before joining the OTB Business Immigration team, Samuel worked at a specialist employment law firm where he was involved in advising employers about the impact of furlough and redundancy on their employee’s visas during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to retraining as a lawyer, Samuel’s early professional life was in the music technology and sound engineering industry. This experience allows him to provide unique insights for his clients across digital media and technology sectors.

Areas of Expertise

Samuel specialises in supporting clients making successful business immigration applications. He works primarily with business owners on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas who are looking to extend their stay in the UK or settle permanently. Samuel also advises on, Skilled Worker; Global Business and Mobility; Global talent; Start-Up; and Innovator visas. Beyond business immigration, he has supported clients applying under the Ukraine Family and Ukraine Sponsorship schemes.

Samuel is OTB Legal’s Global Talent specialist. He works primarily with individuals seeking endorsement as global leaders, or having the potential to be global leaders, in the arts & culture and digital technology sectors. Samuel also advises on Skilled Worker; Global Business and Mobility; Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) settlement; Start-Up; and Innovator visas. Beyond business immigration, he has supported clients applying under the Ukraine Family (now closed) and Ukraine Sponsorship schemes.
