CHALLENGING IMMIGRATION DETENTION AND SEEKING COMPENSATION
" There continues to be no limit on the amount of time that a person can be detained under immigration powers. It is very common for foreign nationals to be detained for substantial periods of time whilst their immigration cases are ongoing.
At OTB Legal, our first priority will be advising you on the best way to secure your release from detention. We can then also provide you advice on whether your detention is unlawful, and will assist you with claiming compensation from the Home Office if appropriate.
If you would like to start receiving advice in connection with your own detention, we are here to help. "
