This stage is completely free and there is no obligation to take on our paid services. At the end of the Assessment Stage you will have a clear plan as to the range of applications available, the costs involved and how likely you are to get a successful outcome.

Bail Application

Once we have been given the green light by you we can formally take instructions to assist you with your bail application.

For a fixed fee of £1,600.00 (which includes VAT) you will benefit from:

Having an experienced and specialist Immigration Lawyer advising you, including an attendance at your place of detention (if located within 1 1/2 hours of Nottingham).
Representation at a bail hearing.
Obtaining clear written advice in plain language on your bail application and advice on evidence and sureties.
Preparation of the bail application for the Court.

We will advise you fully on the stages involved in submitting a bail application, including liaising with the probation services, Home Office and Court where necessary.

Unlawful Detention and Compensation Claim

We can provide advice on challenging your current detention or on seeking compensation for a previous period of detention if you were detained unlawfully. We will carry out research to determine whether the Home Office have acted unlawfully, and give you clear advice about what steps are involved in challenging the detention and pursuing compensation. Although many compensation claims are settled before reaching a final hearing, we have the expertise to represent you to a full hearing and will always seek the best possible outcome for you.

The work involved in this service includes:

Carrying out research and fact-finding to establish whether you have a claim.
Writing to the Home Office to set out your case and give them an opportunity to settle.
Instruct a Barrister to prepare grounds in support of the Court Application and advise on the likely damages that can be claimed.
Issue proceedings in Court.
Represent you in the Court Process and comply with the Court's Directions.
Arrange for a Barrister to represent you at a hearing.
